Ryan Jones: NFL Free Agent & Former Kicker, University of Cincinnati Bearcats
Ryan Jones is a former NCAA kicker who was a 4-year starter at the University of Cincinnati. He was coached by former Ohio State Head Coach Luke Fickell. He spent most of his career as a kickoff specialist, and is currently an NFL Free Agent, pursuing a career kicking both field goals and kickoffs in the league. Why have a free agent who has little experience kicking field goals on the show? Because the goal of this episode is to give kickers from all levels nuggets to incorporate into their training and preparation.
High school kickers who aspire to play college football might connect with how the little things make the biggest difference. He shares a key story from former NFL kicker, Nick Novak, (San Diego Chargers and Houston Texans.) Additionally, the Show covers previous advice from Reid Ferguson who is the long snapper for the Buffalo Bills.
